Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of TapDrop (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1) Service Overview

The Service enables peer-to-peer file sharing between devices. We do not guarantee availability, transfer speeds, or successful delivery.

2) Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required by your jurisdiction) to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

3) User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the content you send and receive, and for ensuring you have the rights and permissions to share it.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

6) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TapDrop is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits arising from your use of the Service.

7) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including violations of these Terms or the AUP.

8) Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Share or distribute content that is illegal, infringing, or violates third-party rights.
• Share malware, spyware, or content intended to harm or compromise systems.
• Harass, threaten, or exploit others, or distribute hateful or abusive content.
• Circumvent security, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the Service.
• Engage in automated abuse or excessive use that degrades the Service.

We may remove access or restrict use to protect the Service, users, or to comply with legal obligations.

If you believe content shared via the Service infringes your rights, please send a takedown notice to:

• Identification of the copyrighted work.

• A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate.
• Your electronic signature (typed name is acceptable).
